Key Responsibilities: - Manage team performance reviews and conduct regular surveys - Organize team-building activities - Handle onboarding and exit interviews of employees Qualifications Required: - UG/PG Degree/MSW - Minimum of 5 years of experience in manpower recruitment in a manufacturing environment - Proven track record in recruiting and enhancing talent acquisition strategies - Expertise in training both managers and employees - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills - Attention to detail and good judgment Additional Details: Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the Print & Packaging and Apparel Industry. The location of this position is in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India, and the job type is full-time with a day shift or fixed shift schedule. Candidates applying for this role should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu before starting work.
