Britannia Garment Packaging is looking for HR Executive (Female) who will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and Onboard suitable personnel and manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
Helping build the culture in the company.Emphasizing the goals and mission of the company to the TEAM.Understanding People skills and manage the team performance reviews.Conduct regular surveys with employees and organize team building activitiesResponsible for onboarding and exit interviews of employees.Qualifications– Good to have UG / PG Degree / MSW with minimum 5 years manpower Recruitment experience in Manufacturing environment.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise in training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgementPreference to candidates from Print & packaging and Apparel Industry.Location : Tiruppur, Tamilnadu ,India.
