Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and digital roles.
● Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
● Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
HR Operations & Compliance
● Maintain and update HR records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
● Handle leave management, attendance, and other day-to-day HR processes.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
● Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for the media & advertising culture.
● Support team-building activities and wellness programs.
● Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
Performance Management & Development
● Assist in managing the performance appraisal cycle.
● Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
● Work with leadership to foster a growth-driven work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2–3 years of experience in HR within a media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment in creative/advertising roles.
● Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
