Role Description We are hiring a Human Resources Executive (full-time, on-site in Gurugram). The role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, grievance handling, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Coordination with other departments for smooth HR operations is also required. Qualifications Proficiency in HR operations, employee relations & policy implementation Strong knowledge of HR functions & compliance Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (certifications a plus) Problem-solving & decision-making abilities Ability to work on-site in Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
