HR Executive

As an HR Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and onboarding store-level staff, including sales associates and store managers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, documentation, and induction programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records in HRMS, monitoring attendance, leaves, and shift rosters, and handling employee grievances at the store level. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard store-level staff - Coordinate interviews, documentation, and induction programs - Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy - Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters of retail staff - Handle employee grievances and provide HR support at store level - Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives - Assist in performance appraisals and manage probation confirmations - Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records - Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance - Collaborate with store managers on workforce planning and issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1 year of experience in human resources In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with store managers on workforce planning and other HR-related issues.
