Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Education Counsellors, Trainers, and Admin staff.
• Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Apna, and Naukri.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with management.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain attendance, employee records, and daily HR reports.
• Support in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
• Prepare and share daily recruitment and HR updates with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)Schedule:

• Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
• Work from office
