As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality, hands-on training to our students.

Position Overview

We are looking for an SAP ABAP Trainer with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming. The trainer will be responsible for conducting offline and online sessions as part of our SAP ABAP training program.
This is a freelance opportunity, ideal for professionals who can manage a flexible schedule and deliver engaging, effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP ABAP training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring participants develop strong technical and practical knowledge.
• Deliver 3 offline classes per week as part of the scheduled batch.
• Cover ABAP fundamentals, advanced topics, and real-time programming exercises.
• Design interactive, outcome-based training content to enhance learning engagement.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming.
• Strong command of core ABAP concepts, including Reports, Smart Forms, ALV, BDC, Enhancements, and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in conducting technical training sessions (offline/online) preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners using practical, industry-based examples.

Schedule

• Evening Shift: Monday to Friday
• Morning Shift: Weekend availability
