We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executives to join our growing team in Chennai. Who Can Apply: We are prioritizing female candidates who are freshers or have up to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internships included). Eligibility Criteria: PGDM / MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Fluency in Tamil is mandatory Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for entry-level and mid-level roles Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs Source candidates via job portals, internal databases, and referrals Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports Continuously work on improving hiring TAT and enhancing candidate experience Perks & Benefits: Competitive Salary Attractive Incentives Career Growth Opportunities within a reputed organization
