l Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
l Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
l Screen and shortlist candidates through resumes, telephonic interviews, and coordination till the joining.
l Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification checks.
l Organize induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
l Facilitate a smooth Day-1 experience and manage the probation review process.
l Maintain and regularly update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
l Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, attendance, and benefits.
l Coordinate with IT, admin, and finance for provisioning and logistics.
l Collate and verify monthly attendance, leaves, and variable inputs for payroll processing.
l Coordinate with finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Plan and execute engagement activities, feedback surveys, and team-building events.
Address grievances promptly and escalate where needed.
Assist in performance management processes including goal-setting, reviews, and documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for improvement.
Ensure smooth full and final settlement process.
Handle knowledge transfer and asset recovery.
