Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and schedule interviews for in-house staff. Coordinate background checks and verify documents. Plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and first-day formalities. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital). Prepare letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Track attendance, leaves, and shift rosters. Employee Engagement & Welfare Organize engagement activities (birthdays, events, wellness). Handle grievances and coordinate for quick resolutions. Exit Formalities Coordinate full and final settlement processes of both in-house and contract staff. Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper documentation.
