Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration, processing, and management to ensure accurate payment of salaries on time.
  • Ensure legal compliance by handling IR issues related to industrial relations, wages, and other relevant laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of contract labour management principles and practices under various labor laws (e.g., Factories Act).
  • Proficiency in handling payroll administration tasks including processing payments through SAP or similar systems.
