Job Description

1.Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare job descriptions, post openings, and maintain applicant databases.
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction into the organization.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries, grievances, and feedback.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
Support in maintaining a positive work culture and team morale.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

Maintain and update attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
Ensure compliance with company leave policies and handle related queries.
Coordinate with payroll for accurate attendance inputs.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee personal files, HRIS database, and ensure data accuracy.
Draft HR letters such as offer, confirmation, appraisal, and warning letters.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.) in coordination with vendors/consultants.
Assist in audits and maintain proper HR documentation.

5. Payroll Coordination

Provide monthly inputs for payroll — attendance, new joiners, exits, and deductions.
Verify and reconcile salary reports before disbursement.

6. Exit & Final Settlement

Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement process.
Analyze attrition data and suggest retention strategies.

7. HR Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
