Job Description

dynamic HR Executive / Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding).
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Maintain candidate and employee database in HRIS/Excel.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

Manage daily attendance and leave records through biometric or eSSL systems.
Coordinate with Admin and Accounts for monthly payroll inputs.
Validate attendance, leave, and overtime data before payroll processing.

Employee Engagement & Communication

Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle grievance redressal and maintain healthy employee relations.
Support internal communication, announcements, and team events.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with statutory acts
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
Maintain HR records such as personnel files, insurance, and ID cards.
Assist in HR audit and documentation for ISO and client compliance.

Performance & HR Reporting

Support appraisal process coordination and maintain HR MIS reports.
Generate daily/weekly HR dashboards (attendance, manpower, recruitment, etc.).
Prepare HR-related presentations and reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors / Master’s Degree in
HR / Business Administration / Social Work.
2–4 years of experience as
HR Executive / HR Generalist
(preferably in
Construction, Engineering, or Project-based industry
).
Good knowledge of
Excel, HRIS tools , and MS Office.
Sound understanding of
labour laws, payroll process, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle field/project HR operations independently.
