💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Degree/Diploma in HR
• 5–10 years of experience in HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
• Ensuring right candidates for Vacant post within minimum time limit active on social platforms and having good rapo with outsourcing agency
Your Role at AIC Technik:
• Manage recruitment, learning & development, and employee performance programs
• Implement referral programs, update HR policies, and oversee hiring processes
• Maintain accurate records & ensure compliance with HR laws
• Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives
• Reporting skill matrix, performance appraisal , Imparting Training and preparing ISO documentation.
