Role Overview

Marketing Manager

🛠️

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the
overall marketing strategy
, aligned with company goals and sales targets.
Lead
brand positioning
, messaging, and content strategy across channels.
Manage
digital marketing
campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads).
Coordinate with product, sales, and technical teams to create
marketing collateral
(brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.).
Drive
lead generation and conversion
through targeted campaigns and automation tools.
Plan and execute
industry events, trade shows, and webinars
.
Oversee the company’s
website, blog, and social media presence
.
Analyze performance metrics and present insights and optimizations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience
in marketing, preferably in tech, industrial, or B2B sectors.
Proven track record in executing
successful digital and content marketing campaigns

Proficiency with tools like
Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
