Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive & Admin who can manage core HR functions while ensuring smooth office administration. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement, along with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies
  • Drive employee engagement activities and address grievances effectively
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal processes
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management

Admin Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office administration and facility management
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and office supplies
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare standards are followed
  • Support management in event coordination and organizational activities
  • Handle general office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and administration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA in HR or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR & Admin roles

Other Details

  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
