HR Executive & Admin

As an HR Officer in our company, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing counseling on policies and procedures - Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process - Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans - Developing training and development programs - Assisting in performance management processes - Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues - Maintaining employee records (attendance, Emp data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements - Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in another HR position. Additionally, you should have an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of bio-metric attendance tools and CRM systems is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, as well as strong ethics and reliability are essential qualities for this role. A graduation in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field is required, and further training will be a plus. HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) will also be a plus. If you join our company, you will be part of a team that values professionalism, compliance, and teamwork.
