Job Description

As the HR Head / HR Director, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. This includes overseeing talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to meet its goals. You will also be responsible for recruitment, retention, and development of top talent, as well as fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being. In addition to talent management, you will be required to design and implement performance management systems that drive employee growth and accountability. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as managing employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and administering competitive benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. Overseeing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, and providing HR support to plant operations including managing plant-level HR teams, will also be key responsibilities. In terms of industrial relations, you will manage collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, and labor disputes. Fostering positive relationships with workers, managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee feedback will also be essential. Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and promoting a safe working environment, is crucial for the well-being of the employees. Lastly, you will be required to develop and implement plant-level policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and labor laws. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as HR Head / HR Director in a manufacturing unit. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time and permanent.
