About the Internship :

We are looking for dynamic and passionate interns to join our team in "Human Resources (HR)" and "Digital Marketing".

This internship offers hands-on experience in people management and online brand promotion — perfect for those who want to build a strong foundation in both corporate and digital domains.

Key Responsibilities :-

Human Resources (HR):-

* Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

* Maintain candidate databases and HR records.

* Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.

* Coordinate with teams for daily HR operations.

* Help create and manage HR reports, attendance, and training records.

Digital Marketing:-

* Assist in creating content for social media, email, and blogs.

* Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

* Support in running ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

* Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

* Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost reach and engagement.

Skills Required:-

* Good communication & interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.

* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

* Creativity, time management, and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility:-

* Students pursuing or recently completed graduation in **HR, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

* Available for a minimum duration of 3–6 months.
