Sales & Marketing Intern

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and staying updated on industry trends. You will generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, in collaboration with the marketing team, to align with sales objectives. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management, and promoting the company's products and services through various marketing channels will also be part of your tasks. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for promotional materials, social media, and the company website, as well as gathering customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement, are crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the IT sector. You should possess a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of motivation, initiative, and creativity, are essential. You should also be capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. This is a full-time position with benefits that include food provided.
