Work Schedule – Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role – Human Resources (HR)
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
● Handle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection.
● Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll cycle.
● Support management in performance reviews, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
● Coordinate with accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
Required Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good organizational and coordination ability.
● Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll process.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience – 1 to 2 years in HR/Recruitment.
Salary Range – ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per mon
