HR

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR activities, aligning HR processes with business goals, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Support performance appraisal and employee feedback cycles.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics for decision-making.
• Support exit formalities including conducting exit interviews and clearance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRMS/HRIS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
