Location: Jayanagar 9th Block, East End Main Road, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a great candidate experience.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Graduate in any stream (HR/Business Administration preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong organisational skills.
