Management Executive

Job Title: HR & Management Executive

Location: MADURAI

Department: Admin

Reports To: General Manager/Managing Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and personal records.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Handle employee queries and support basic HR functions (leave management, payroll coordination, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
  • Support management in maintaining load details and other records for business operations.
  • Assist with office administration tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or service providers when required.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports as instructed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (freshers with strong willingness to learn may also be considered).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
