Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide generalist and operational support for the HR Team
  • Interface between People service team and employees ; Log the employee request and share the solutions to them
  • Organize and manage Internal events- townhalls, factory visits, guest management
  • Manage things that have to do with the office building, e.g. coffee machines, ordering office equipment, Inventory management, meeting rooms etc.
  • Handle vendor management- Contracting, purchase orders, Billing, GRN ,MIS etc
  • Develop and maintain facility-Pantry, Canteen, housekeeping, Uniform, Apron Management etc
  • Support to drive engagement activities , Surveys ,Branding etc
  • Manage factory transportation , buses management as per the shift Planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, HR, Facility Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or HR support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication Skill- English & Gujarati.
