Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled HR Consultant with expertise in ERPNext or a strong background in human resources management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the HR functionalities of ERPNext, providing strategic HR advice, and ensuring that the system aligns with the clients organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, ERP systems, and the ability to manage HR transformation projects with ERPNext. Key Responsibilities: ERPNext HR Module Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERPNext's HR and Payroll modules for clients. Assess the client's HR processes, understand requirements, and recommend ERPNext-based solutions to improve HR operations. Customize ERPNext HR features, including employee management, payroll, leave management, attendance tracking, and recruitment modules. Provide training and support to client HR teams on how to efficiently use ERPNext for HR management. HR Strategy and Advisory: Advise clients on HR best practices and HR technology alignment, ensuring smooth integration with ERPNext. Provide strategic insights on HR policies, workforce management, employee engagement, and talent management within the ERPNext platform. Guide clients on organizational structure, employee performance management, and compensation structures. Project Management and Client Engagement: Oversee ERPNext HR implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, scope, and budget. Conduct workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) for client teams, ensuring the HR modules are fully optimized and meet organizational needs. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. System Integration and Data Migration: Manage the migration of HR data into ERPNext, ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions from legacy systems. Ensure seamless integration of ERPNext HR modules with other enterprise applications (e.g., accounting, payroll processing, etc.). Continuous Improvement & Support: Stay up to date with the latest ERPNext HR module updates and features to provide clients with ongoing enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HR modules in ERPNext. Recommend process improvements, automation, and HR practices that can be implemented within the ERPNext environment. Qualifications: Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in HR consulting, with a strong understanding of HR processes, organizational development, and compliance. Experience with ERPNext, specifically in the HR and payroll modules. Alternatively, significant experience with ERP systems in HR management, with a focus on customization and implementation. Skills & Experience: In-depth knowledge of ERPNext HR modules (Employee Management, Payroll, Leave Management, Attendance, Recruitment). Strong background in HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Experience in HR data migration, system configuration, and process automation. Proficient in HR software, reporting tools, and data analytics. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices. Additional Skills (Preferred): Certification in ERPNext or HR management. Project management experience, particularly with ERP implementation projects. Experience with Agile methodology or other project management frameworks. Familiarity with international HR practices and multi-country payroll management. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Client-focused, with a strong understanding of how to deliver value through HR technology solutions. Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
