Key Responsibilities: ERPNext HR Module Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERPNext's HR and Payroll modules for clients. Assess the client's HR processes, understand requirements, and recommend ERPNext-based solutions to improve HR operations. Customize ERPNext HR features, including employee management, payroll, leave management, attendance tracking, and recruitment modules. Provide training and support to client HR teams on how to efficiently use ERPNext for HR management. HR Strategy and Advisory: Advise clients on HR best practices and HR technology alignment, ensuring smooth integration with ERPNext. Provide strategic insights on HR policies, workforce management, employee engagement, and talent management within the ERPNext platform. Project Management and Client Engagement: Oversee ERPNext HR implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, scope, and budget. Qualifications: Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
