Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned teams/functions.
  • Manage core HR activities: onboarding, confirmations, performance management, grievance handling, and exits.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management discussions.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support employee communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and provide relevant insights.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes, local labor laws, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
