Position Title: HR Business Partner
Location: [Insert Location]
Reporting To: Head – HR / Plant Head
Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR)
Experience: 8–10 years in HR with exposure to Hydrogen Plant / Chemical Plant environments
CTC Range: ₹6 – 10 LPA

Role Objective:

To act as a strategic HR partner to the Hydrogen / Chemical Plant operations team by ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead recruitment for plant-level positions, ensuring cultural and technical fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through industry networking.
  • Partner with functional heads to forecast manpower needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Implement employee engagement programs specific to plant operations.
  • Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance.
  • Oversee time office, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Performance & Capability Building
  • Support implementation of performance management system (PMS).
  • Identify training needs, especially in safety, leadership, and technical skills.
  • Facilitate career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Align HR practices with organizational and plant goals.
  • Partner with Plant Head and business leaders to improve productivity and reduce attrition.
  • Leverage HR analytics to drive data-based decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) from a recognized institute.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience in Hydrogen Plant / Chemical Plant / Process Industry.
  • Strong exposure to IR, compliance, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Excellent networking skills within the chemical/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
