HR & Business Development Executive Female Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job openings on Naukri, Indeed & social media.
  
• Shortlist & schedule interviews for digital marketers, telesales executives & life coaches.
  
• Handle new employee onboarding, documentation & HR coordination.
  

2. Team Management & Reporting

• Assign daily tasks & collect EOD (End of Day) reports.
  
• Manage 5 - 8 remote team members.
  
• Maintain attendance, performance & progress sheets.
  
• Report daily updates to management.
  

3. Digital Marketing & Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for Meta Ads & lead generation.
  
• Support follow-up tracking for telesales executives.
  
• Prepare weekly growth and sales reports.
  

4. Employee Training & Motivation

• Conduct short training sessions for new employees.
  
• Support team with communication, confidence, and goal clarity.
  
• Maintain a positive & growth-oriented team culture.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of

  Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Canva)

  .
• Understanding of

  Sales & Lead Follow-Up

  .
• Organized, confident & leadership mindset.
  
• Proficient in

  Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Communication

  .

• Train all the team members as their role and responsibilites do well

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in any stream.

• Women Candidates Only Age Between 25- 30
  

• 1 - 3 years of experience

  in HR / Admin / Marketing preferred.
• Candidates interested in

Salary Range:

10,000 to 30,000 per month Based On Skills And Role & Performance

• Performance Incentives (1000 to 5000)
