Role Overview

As an HR Associate – Operations & Data Management, you will support the HR team in managing employee onboarding, data accuracy, documentation, and internal reporting. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes by tracking checklists and updating statuses.
• Accurately enroll new hires into the HRMS and maintain complete records.
• Manage and organize employee documentation (e.g., contracts, letters, ID proof).
• Prepare HR documents like offer letters, internship letters, and experience certificates.
• Maintain and regularly update employee data in HRMS.
• Generate employee data reports for internal use and audits.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain systematic documentation and a well-organized HR folder structure.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in operations.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.
