HR Associate

As a Human Resources Associate at iTeach, you will play a crucial role in the People Operations team, focusing on creating meaningful experiences for all staff members. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the Employee Database using the existing HRMS system. - Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for all new staff members, interns, and volunteers. - Track key HR parameters such as probation, attrition, and retention to create dashboards for reporting purposes. - Timely documentation of employee and compliance data. - Launch employee engagement activities and surveys to promote well-being within the organization. - Implement existing HR policies related to POSH, Child Protection, and other relevant areas. - Help staff members adhere to established systems and processes while addressing exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a strong performance record. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR. - Experience in a school system or educational organization is preferred but not mandatory. iTeach offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a salary range for this position ranging from 4.5 to 5.04 LPA CTC.
