Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and induction programs.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and appointment letters.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
Provide support in performance review cycles and feedback documentation.
Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and reports as required.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelors/Mater's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment.
Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
