Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and induction programs.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and appointment letters.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
  • Provide support in performance review cycles and feedback documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and reports as required.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelors/Mater's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
  • Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
