Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives/ Managers to drive our growth in the designated geography/ vertical. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of VisiLeans growth in one of most active construction regions of the world.

This role requires full ownership of the sales cycle -from lead generation and market entry to deal closure. Post-sales, you will be responsible for account management, working closely with clients to ensure sustained engagement, and establishing long-term value. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a hunter, get going quickly, and build strong actionable pipeline- Prospect, Quality and close appropriate new business prospects in a specific geography and/or vertical to achieve revenue targets quarterly and annually.
  • Maintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain customer success (post-sales relationships ) through active account management, creating opportunities for account progression.
  • Active use of CRM for account activity and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations & proposals, to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, implementation, and customer success teams to support client needs and ensure long-term success.

  • Prior exposure in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or ConTech, is a bonus -but your hunger and learning attitude matter more.

It would be phenomenal if you have:

  • Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions into Construction Space.
  • Knowledge of Construction processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM Contech tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
