HR Assistant

Location: Work from Office(Monday-Friday)

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Vendiman. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career and eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage onboarding formalities for new hires
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and timely

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist with HR-related policies and process implementations
• Handle basic employee queries

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance
• Maintain leave records and follow up on discrepancies

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities
• Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and feedback initiatives

Who You Are:

• 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong internships can apply)
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with MS Office and HR tools

Salary: ₹3 LPA
