Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Your tasks will include compiling and updating employee records, processing documentation, preparing reports relating to personnel activities, coordinating HR projects, dealing with employee requests, handling complaints and grievance procedures, coordinating communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees, and assisting recruiters to source candidates and update the database. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities - Coordinate HR projects - Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations - Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees - Assist recruiters to source candidates and update the database Qualification Required: - Graduation Additional Details: You are required to have fast computer typing skills, familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, basic knowledge of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.,
