Team Leader-LAP

The role involves keeping the prospective client database updated, making cold calls for new business leads, and maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients, retaining and expanding the company's customer base for the LAP channel (Loan Against Property) to ensure repeat business or referrals. This includes processing loan applications within the defined TAT, interpreting legal opinions and technical valuation reports accurately while sanctioning these loans, and visiting customer residence and business/activity place to assess financial parameters. Education required for this position is a Bachelor's degree. The working days are Monday to Sunday, with work timing starting at 09:00 and ending at 17:30.
