Team Leader-LAP

Role Overview: You will be responsible for keeping the prospective client database updated, making cold calls for new business leads, maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company, ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients, retaining and expanding the company's base of customers for LAP Channel (Loan Against Property) to ensure repeat business or referrals, processing loan applications within defined TAT, interpreting legal opinion and technical valuation reports properly while sanctioning loans, and assessing financial parameters at customer residence and business/activity place. Key Responsibilities: - Keep prospective client database updated - Make cold calls for new business leads - Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings - Ensure proper servicing and after-sales support to clients - Retain and expand the company's base of customers for LAP Channel - Process loan applications within defined TAT - Interpret legal opinion and technical valuation reports properly for loan sanctioning - Visit customer residence and business/activity place to assess financial parameters Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree Additional Details: The company offers employee-friendly policies, health care & insurance, coffee, performance bonus, accidental insurance, and working days from Monday to Sunday with work timing from 09:00 to 17:30.
