You will be responsible for end-to-end design activities from concept to production, ensuring product performance, quality, and cost targets are met. Key Responsibilities • Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo software (CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) • Design mechanical/electrical components and assemblies considering manufacturability, cost, and performance. • Conduct tolerance analysis, FEA, and other design validations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Procurement • Support prototyping and testing activities; review and incorporate feedback. • Maintain engineering documents such as BOMs, specifications, and revision history. • Participate in design reviews and DFMEA activities. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety guidelines. • Continuously seek design improvements for performance, cost, and efficiency • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications • Support customer interactions, technical discussions, and design change requests • Manage design timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for assigned project • Experience in automotive product design and development. • Exposure to simulation tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc.) • Knowledge of SAP/PLM systems • Understanding of ISO/IATF standards and quality system Required Skills & Qualification • Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineering Master’s preferred 2–5 years of experience in product or component design • Proficiency in Creo tools (e.g., CAD SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD) • Good understanding of GD&T, DFMA, and engineering materials • Familiarity with product lifecycle and design change management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Summary: The Store Assistant will be responsible for the efficient handling of inward and outward material movement, inventory control, and proper documentation. The candidate must also have working knowledge of import & export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination to support international transactions. Key Responsibilities: Stores & Inventory: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Maintain stock levels and update inventory in ERP ( SAP ) or manual registers. Perform periodic stock audits and assist in monthly/annual physical inventory. Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. Import/Export Documentation & Coordination: Assist in the preparation and verification of import and export documentation such as Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan, Shipping Bill, etc. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agent), and logistics partners for timely clearance and dispatch of goods. Track and follow up on inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain records of all international transactions and ensure timely submission of statutory reports (if applicable). Monitor compliance with DGFT, customs, and other regulatory requirements. Other Support Activities: Assist in documentation related to vendor payments, GRN entries, and gate inward register. Support Purchase/Accounts departments with logistics and documentation follow-up. Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to manage defective returns or rejected materials. Key Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of storekeeping practices, inventory control, and FIFO system. Understanding of basic incoterms (e.g., DAP, FOB, CIF) and import/export process. Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, HS codes, and duties. Proficiency in using MS Excel, ERP software (SAP). Good communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities· Wire Harness Design: Design, develop, and optimize wiring harness layouts for EV platforms. Ensure routing, packaging, and protection meet performance, safety, and manufacturability standards. Work with suppliers for harness manufacturing feasibility. · Automotive Sensors Integration: Design and validate sensor placements (temperature, pressure, position, current, etc.).
