Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human capital management and be proficient in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. New Joiners Enrolment & Master Data Creation in Software: Onboarding new employees into our prime system. Accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records.

2. Document Filing (New Joiners, Leave & Warning letter): File new joiners document, leave requests, warning letters and any relevant documents.

3. UAN Number & ESI IP Creation: Facilitating the creation of UAN for employees ESI registration.

4. ID Card Generation: Generate employee ID cards with accurate information. Update records when cards are lost, damaged, or replaced.

5. Attendance Update : The Attendance Update role maintains accurate attendance records. Regularly update attendance data. Address discrepancies or missing entries promptly. Collaborate with relevant departments for attendance-related matters.

6. Audit Document Preparation: Assisting in preparing documents required for audits. Ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

7. CLRA Documents Preparation: Preparing the CLRA related documents. Maintaining records and ensuring compliance.

8. Exit date update - EPF, ESI, software: Ensures accurate exit date updates based on the F&F in EPF, ESI, and Software. For Missing employees, need to get last working day from as per attendance.

9. ECR Highlight: Identifying and highlighting any discrepancies in the ECR (EPF & ESI) process.

10. Wage Sheet: Preparing wage sheets for employees & Ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Based on salary data need to prepare the Proforma, declaration by the contractor & Bank statement on monthly basis.

11. Form V-A Preparation (N&F Holidays): Preparing and maintain the Form V-A for N&F holiday working employees.

12. Staff Welfare (Birthday Wishes – Video Creation): Organizing birthday celebrations for employees. Creating personalized video messages and sharing in WhatsApp on daily basis.

13. E-Pehchan Card – Family Members Details Updating & Distribution: Preparing E-Pehchan cards for employees and their family members.

14. KYC Approval (EPF & ESI): Verifying and approving KYC for EPF and ESI.

15. Bio Metric Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of biometric systems.

16. Training Certificate & Records Maintenance: Preparing training certificates to employees on monthly basis.

Social Media Update & Maintenance: Managing the company’s social media profiles. Regularly updating content and engaging with the employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
