HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant with Hospital field experience, your role at Prayatna Centre for Child Development in Kochi will involve supporting various HR functions to ensure effective employee management and organizational growth. With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, you will play a crucial part in the following responsibilities: Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. Maintaining and updating employee records accurately to comply with organizational policies. Supporting onboarding procedures and coordinating induction sessions for new hires. Handling routine HR-related inquiries and offering timely resolutions to employee concerns. Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and training programs to enhance employee experience. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws to maintain a harmonious work environment. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with HR software would be advantageous. A good understanding of employment laws and best practices is also necessary.
