Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing online visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales. Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). Collaborate with content creators and creative teams to create and optimize digital content that aligns with marketing objectives. Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search advertising (SEM) campaigns. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social advertising. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing for optimal performance. Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure key performance indicators, such as traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue. Continuously analyze website and landing page performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide insights for decision-making and strategy refinement. Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with goals and facilitating professional development. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and platforms and evaluate their relevance and effectiveness for the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools. Excellent project management and communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
