Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for staff and faculty.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster employee engagement, welfare, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional policies.
  • Support manpower planning in coordination with the Principal/Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in HR / Master’s in Human Resource Management.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS software and labor laws.
