Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-screening and shortlist relevant candidates as per the job requirements.

Manage the onboarding and separation processes of employees.

Coordinate and conduct background verification for new hires.

Draft and issue HR letters such as Appointment, Confirmation, Appraisal, Increment, and Employment letters and documentation are up to company standards.

Maintain and regularly update the employee database and personal folders.

Develop, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.

Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.

Manage employee health insurance and ensure timely renewal.

Drive employee welfare activities, including MVP awards, birthday celebrations, and other engagement programs.

Oversee compliance-related audits such as SEDEX and ensure the company adheres to HR standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
