Job Description

Job Title: HR and Operations Intern
Location: Vytilla, Kochi
Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Preferred Candidate: Male candidates preferred
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR and Operations Intern to join our team at our Vytilla, Kochi office. The ideal candidate will support the HR and Operations departments in daily administrative tasks, employee engagement, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Support daily HR operations such as attendance management, documentation, and employee queries
Maintain and update HR databases and records
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and general administration tasks
Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or MBA in HR .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take initiative and learn quickly
Male candidates preferred
Immediate joiners only
Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vytilla, Kochi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
