HR and Operations Intern

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter & Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, supporting operational tasks, and managing the founders" meeting schedules. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in HR and business operations. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, screening potential candidates, assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, scheduling and coordinating meetings for the founder, supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, and maintaining and updating candidate records and reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, hold a degree in Business Administration or Engineering (preferred), and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is essential. Please note that only candidates residing in Gurugram are eligible to apply, and candidates must have their own laptop. This is an internship position with a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule is during the day shift, and candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana.
