As an HR Recruiter & Operations Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting interviews, supporting operational tasks, and managing the founders" meeting schedules. It's a fantastic opportunity for individuals who aspire to gain practical experience in HR and business operations. - Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates effectively. - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the hiring of top talent. - Schedule and coordinate meetings for the founder with efficiency. - Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly. - Maintain and update candidate records and reports accurately.
