About the Role

HR & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding & documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Support payroll processing (data collection, validations, coordination with finance)
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
Handle employee queries related to HR, attendance, or payroll
Support exit formalities and documentation

Recruitment

Post job openings on portals and social platforms
Screen CVs and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and panel members
Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards

Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage vendor coordination (internet, housekeeping, office supplies, etc.)
Support basic IT/asset allocation and tracking
Ensure a smooth and well-organised workspace

Requirements

Bachelors degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
Strong communication skills
Good MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
Ability to multitask and take ownership in a startup environment
