Commercials: Rs. 30-40K per month based on experience

Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days in office per week in Gurgaon


We are looking for someone with a deep-rooted love for art and culture, and the passion to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans by empowering them with technology.


ROLE OVERVIEW

HR & Admin Associate

This is a role for someone who is organized, energetic, people-centric, and loves building systems from scratch.


1. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment (Primary Responsibility – 50–60%)

  • End-to-end hiring across departments: design, content, operations, sales, EA, finance, tech, stores.
  • JD creation, posting, shortlisting, screening, and coordinating technical/founder interviews.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future roles.
  • Managing internship hiring and campus outreach.
  • Maintaining recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring status for leadership.

2. HR Operations (30%)

  • Managing onboarding/offboarding, documentation, contracts, and HR MIS updates.
  • Maintaining employee records, leave/attendance tracking, and monthly HR MIS.
  • Supporting performance review cycles, 360° feedback processes, and culture initiatives.
  • Organizing team engagement activities, offsites, and internal events.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, POSH documentation, and statutory requirements (with support from finance/legal).

3. Office Administration (10–20%)

  • Admin support for Gurgaon office functioning – supplies, vendor management, housekeeping coordination.
  • Handling travel bookings, reimbursements, courier/logistics when needed.
  • Supporting the founder with light admin tasks, documentation, and scheduling support during busy periods.

Who you are

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR + admin roles.
  • Strong experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with people and being the cultural backbone of a growing team.
  • Available immediately
  • Great communicator (both written and verbal)
