HR Analytics Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on HR Analytics, including topics such as:

o HR metrics & KPIs

o Workforce planning and forecasting

o Employee performance analytics

o Attrition analysis & retention modeling

o HR dashboards and reporting

o Predictive analytics in HR

o HR process optimization through data insights

• Teach and demonstrate expertise in analytical tools relevant to HR Analytics:

o Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau

o HRIS data interpretation

o Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for HR datasets

o SQL basics for HR data extraction

• Design assignments, case studies, and real-time HR analytics projects to assess learners’ capability.

• Guide learners in building HR dashboards, interpreting HR metrics, and applying analytics to HR decision-making.

• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated with emerging HR technology trends such as AI in HR, predictive HR analytics, digital HR transformation, and workforce intelligence.

• Collaborate with program managers and academic teams for content updates, scheduling, and learner support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an HR Analytics Trainer, HR Analyst, People Analytics Specialist, or Data Analyst in HR domain.

• Strong command over HR data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and familiarity with programming (Python or R) and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Data Analytics, or BI tools.

• Prior experience in corporate training, academic training, or L&D roles.

• Knowledge of predictive HR modeling, AI-driven HR tools, and statistical techniques used in workforce analytics.
